Standard Warranty Terms:

•       Cost: Free
  
•       Term: 1 year
  
•       Specifics: If you are at all unhappy with your ECScope, you can send it back within 30 days, no questions asked.  If there are any problems with your ECScope, it is protected under warranty for 1 year.  Send it back to us and we will send you a replacement upon receiving.  Phone help available at 1-888-950-4321.
  

Premium 1-Year Warranty Terms:

•       Cost: $50/year
  
•       Term: 1 year
  
•       Specifics:  If there is a product defect within 1 year, we will have a replacement unit there next business day.  DyAnsys will also send packaging and a shipping label for return of the defective unit.  Phone help available at 1-888-950-4321.

 

Premium Extended 3-year Warranty Terms:

•       Cost:  $200 one time fee
  
•       Term:  3 year
